FIT&TRIM Nutrition has a program guide to help you along your fitness journey. Determine your level using our fitness level guide below. Each program is recommended for a 4 week length of time, we suggest after 4 weeks advancing to level 2.
Get FIT(HIIT Circuit Training) • Program is a designed full body work out for 3 days a week in a circuit style for a heart pumping exercise routine.
Get TRIM(Weight Loss) • Want to lose weight fast? Drop pounds in weeks with this 4 day a week training program for a 4 week exercise and cardio routine.
Get Gains(Build Muscle) • Look to gain muscle? Try this 4 day a week routine for 6 weeks and you wont regret your efforts!
Functional Patterns (increase mobility) • Stay functionally sound with your movement patterns. Use this routine for a daily, or weekly stretching routine to increase your range of motion within your joints.
LV 1 • Currently exercising a minimum of 3 times a week for at least 2-3 months.
LV 2 • Exercise history of at least 3 years or more.
